Kane Magee has over 15 years of experience in the HVAC and mechanical services industry. Holding an HNC in Building Services Engineering, Kane possesses a deep understanding of designing, installing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical systems. This includes air conditioning, air source heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation, and chillers.
Known for his innovative approach, Kane specialises in crafting bespoke solutions to the most challenging climate control requirements. His expertise has led to the creation of specialised climate solutions for wine cellars, pantries, and humidors. With meticulous attention to detail, Kane ensures that every project is completed with a sleek, polished finish, meeting your climate needs without sacrificing design aesthetics.
Alex ensures the smooth operation of Runnymede’s back office. With a versatile skillset, she plays a crucial role in maintaining the company’s compliance and relevance within the industry. As the primary point of contact for Air Source Heat Pump design and proposals, as well as Revenue Control, Alex demonstrates her expertise in both technical and administrative aspects. Her commitment to supporting the team and fostering a streamlined environment empowers others to concentrate on their core responsibilities.

Our director, Kane Magee, started Runnymede HVAC in 2011 and found his love of problem solving and attention to detail lent itself to a specialism working with bespoke climate control solutions for people’s homes. Since then the business has grown in strength and a team of 8 of us now make up Runnymede HVAC. The core ethos of quality workmanship and top customer service remains while now offering a range of services from design and installation through to aftercare and servicing.
As a Daikin D1 approved business partner you can be assured of quality and expertise, as well as allowing us to pass on the best prices, extended warranties and speedy spare parts on all Daikin products and equipment.
RunnyMede HVAC and it’s engineers are F-gas and REFCOM registered, compliant with all UK refrigerant regulations. We always conduct best practise for safety and the environment.

Due to our mutual confidence in the quality of the product and installation, this also means that we can we are offer exclusive extended warranties of up to 7 years on Daikin equipment when it is installed and maintained by us.

As part of RunnyMede HVAC’s mission to consider sustainable goals, we found Trees for Life fitted not only with our carbon offsetting goals but a broader positive commitment to wildlife, and ecological diversity. Trees for Life are protecting and expanding Scotland’s wild and ancient Caledonian Forest – a habitat of global importance. They work to save the forest, give a helping hand to local wildlife, and inspire people to be involved in rewilding.
